Black-Eyed Peas Salad Quick & easy recipe!

Main Ingredients

Black eyed peas Veggies Black pepper Lemon juice Olive oil Salt 

Step 1

Cook the black-eyed peas and keep them aside. If using canned peas, drain and rinse them well to remove extra salt from them.

Step 2

Finely chop onion, tomatoes, cucumber, and cilantro.

Step 3

Take a large bowl and add lemon juice, olive oil, ground black pepper, and salt. Whisk it well.

Step 4

Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro leaves. Mix it well.

Step 5

Then goes boiled black-eyed peas.

Step 6

Mix everything well and serve the delicious black eyed peas salad immediately.
