Cashews Lemon juice Nutritional yeast Salt & Pepper Water

Prep work

Soak the cashews in water for a few hours. Drain the water from the soaked cashews and wash them well.

Step 1

Put in the cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and a bit of water in to a blender jar.

Step 2

Blend everything until it becomes a smooth sauce. Add water slowly if needed.

Step 3

Pour the sauce into a glass container and store it in the fridge.
