Curried Chickpeas  with Kale Easy & Vegan Recipe

Prep work

Prep the chickpeas and keep them aside. Rinse the kale and chop them finely. Chop onions, grate ginger and keep them aside.

Step 1

Heat a pot, put in oil, cumin seeds, and grated ginger.

Step 2

Put in chopped onion and cook for a bit. Add chopped bell pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat.

Step 3

Add cooked chickpeas and mix well.

Step 4

Add spice powders, salt and mix it well..

Step 5

Now, add coconut milk to the chickpea mixture.

Step 6

Put in chopped kale and stir it once.

Step 7

Cook this chickpea and kale mixture on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the kale is as cooked as you like.

Turn off the heat. Your delicious and creamy Curried  Chickpeas with Kale is ready to serve!
