Black bean  chickpea salad Quick & easy recipe!

Main Ingredients

Black beans Chickpeas Veggies Black pepper Lemon juice Olive oil Salt 

Step 1

Cook the chickpeas and keep them aside. If using canned chickpeas, drain and rinse them well to remove extra salt from them.

Step 2

Slice the cherry tomatoes into half, dice the cucumber and finely chop the onion.

Step 4

Take a large bowl and add lemon juice, olive oil, ground black pepper, ground cumin and salt. Whisk it well.

Step 5

To this salad dressing, add all the remaining ingredients.

Step 6

Give a good toss, and the delicious and easy chickpea black bean salad is ready to serve.
