Kidney Bean Soup Easy & Vegan recipe!

With red kidney beans and veggies, this will be a satisfying, easy meal.  And you can make it even on busy weeknights or for relaxing weekends.

Ingredients

Kidney beans Veggies Aromatics & herbs Oil

Prep work

Chop the veggies and keep them aside. If using canned beans, drain and rinse them a couple of times.

Step 1

Heat a pot. Once it is hot, add oil and fry chopped onions in it.

Step 2

Add veggies of your choice once the onions turn translucent. Mix it well.

Step 3

Now add tomato puree.

Step 4

Then add herbs and spice powders.

Step 5

Mix everything well and add cooked kidney beans and water to the pot.

Step 6

Cook this over medium heat for about 10  to 15 minutes.

Step 7

Cooking time depends on the veggies used. Stir in between to avoid sticking to the pan.
