Prep work

Prep the kidney beans and keep them aside. Chop the veggies and keep them aside. Gather other ingredients.

Step 1

Start Instant Pot in the sauté mode. When it's hot, add some oil and finely chopped onions.

Step 2

Now, add your favorite veggies.Mix it well.

Step 3

To these veggies, add tomato puree.

Step 4

Stir it well and add spice powders - dried thyme, oregano, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.

Step 5

Put in the cooked kidney beans and water.

Step 6

Set it to pressure cook mode and cook for 5 minutes on high pressure.

Step 6

Once it's done, turn it off and wait for the pressure to release naturally.
