Main Ingredients

Chickpeas Tahini Water Olive oil Spices

Prep work

Soak the chickpeas for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

If using dried chickpeas, rinse them a couple of times with clean water.

Step 1

Add these rinsed chickpeas to the Instant pot inner pot.

Step 2

Add water and close the instant pot with its lid.

Step 3

Pressure cook the soaked chickpeas for 12 minutes on high pressure. And cook unsoaked chickpeas for 50 minutes.

Step 4

Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste.

Creamy and delicious Instant pot hummus is ready to serve!
