Add soaked and washed lobia and millet to instant pot inner pot. You can use rice and any lentil for making this recipe.

Add chopped veggies of your choice. Also add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, cloves, and cardamom.

Add water now and pressure cook for 8 minutes on HIGH PRESSURE

Let the pressure release naturally or do force release after 10 minutes.

Make a tadka with all tadka ingredients

Add this tadka to the cooked mixture, mix it well, and adjust the salt. Finally, add the coriander leaves and khichdi is ready to serve!

Serve it hot! Leftovers can be refrigerated for a couple of days.
