Instant Sooji uttapam (Semolina pancakes)

Take sooji, cumin seeds, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste into a mixing bowl.

Add buttermilk and water to it. Mix it well and keep this aside for 10 minutes

While the sooji mixture is resting, chop the veggies

Now add finely chopped veggies to sooji mixture.

stir it so that they get incorporated well.

Heat a pan and apply a few drops of oil. Pour the ladleful of uttapam batter on to the hot pan and spread it well.

Once it starts browning from the edges, flip the sooji uttapam and let the other side also cook properly.

Serve it hot and enjoy!
