Chop the mushrooms, spinach and keep them aside.

Gather the spices and aromatics.

Step 1

Heat pan, add oil, spices. Cook on low heat for a few minutes.

Step 2

Add mushrooms to the pan.

Step 3

Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add finely chopped spinach to the pan.

Step 5

Cook for another 3-4 minutes on medium heat.

Step 6

Mix in cashew cheese sauce.

Step 7

Add coconut milk, flour and mix it well. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
