What is Saag
Saag is a simple curry with leafy vegetables and basic Indian spices.
Saag is typically prepared with a combination of leafy greens like mustard, radish, spinach, and fenugreek. But you could use any leafy greens to make the saag.

Prep work
Wash the spinach leaves and drain the water.
Finely chop the spinach, onion, ginger & garlic.

Heat a pan, add oil, onions, ginger, garlic and slit green chili.

Cook the onion mixture till it turns translucent

Add spice powders & salt.

Mix everything well and make sure that it isn't burnt.
