Ingredients

cup
steel cut oats
3
cups
water
1
cup
coconut milk
Sweetner of choice
I used honey
Fresh fruits and nuts
for toppings
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Add steel cut oats to the Instant pot inner pot.
Now add water and a pinch of salt to it.
Close the instant pot with its lid and start the instant pot in manual or pressure cook mode. Cook it for 5 minutes on HIGH pressure.
Once the instant pot beeps, turn it off and let the pressure release naturally. It will take around 15 to 20 minutes.
Open the instant pot lid and stir in the coconut milk and sweetener of your choice.
Mix the oatmeal and serve it warm with lots of fresh fruits. I love to add nuts for added crunch.
