  • 300 gms Boiled potatoes (around 5 small potatoes)
  • 100 gms Button mushrooms
  • 1 Medium-sized onion
  • 1 tbsp Shiitake Mushroom powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • ½ cup Water
  • 10 -12 Garlic pods
  • 2 Thyme sprigs
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Heat a pan and add coconut oil. You can use other oil or butter as well.
  • Add finely chopped garlic and thyme sprigs.
  • Add finely chopped onions and let them fry for a couple of minutes.
  • Add chopped mushrooms and let it fry for 2 minutes.
  • Now add shiitake mushrooms powder, pepper powder, salt, and ½ cup water. Mix everything well and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add boiled potato pieces and let it cook for 5 minutes. You can prick potatoes with a fork so that flavors go into it well.
  • Switch off the stove, and the dish is ready to serve...
