Heat a pan and add coconut oil. You can use other oil or butter as well.
Add finely chopped garlic and thyme sprigs.
Add finely chopped onions and let them fry for a couple of minutes.
Add chopped mushrooms and let it fry for 2 minutes.
Now add shiitake mushrooms powder, pepper powder, salt, and ½ cup water. Mix everything well and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add boiled potato pieces and let it cook for 5 minutes. You can prick potatoes with a fork so that flavors go into it well.
Switch off the stove, and the dish is ready to serve...
