Instructions
Cook millet or rice and keep it aside. Cooled rice or millet works best here.
Heat a wide pan and add oil to it.
Once it is hot, add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, mace, and let them splutter.
Now add chopped bok choy and cook it on high flame for a couple of minutes.
Add millet and salt to the wilted bok choy.
Mix it well and let it heat for 5 minutes on medium flame. Stir it in between to avoid the food burn.
Once the millet or rice is evenly heated, switch off the flame. Serve it hot!
You can enjoy this bok choy fried rice with any Indian dal, raita, and some crunchy veggies.
Notes
1 cup of raw millet will yield approximately 4 cups of cooked millet.
